Hawthorn (Crataegus spp.) works on the heart and blood, both physically and emotionally. Physically, hawthorn can support cardiovascular health, blood pressure, and circulation. Emotionally, hawthorn can support healing from grief and heartache, emotional regulation, creating and enforcing healthy boundaries, energetic and psychic protection. Hawthorn is one of the three Guardian Trees of the Druids and has been honored as a sacred tree all over the world.

When combined with Antares Star Elixir, this powerful medicine takes on the additional frequencies of the star essence (wisdom of the heart, immortality, Shamanic death and rebirth).

Consult with your physician before use as hawthorn may affect your blood pressure and may have contraindications with medication.

Ingredients: Hawthorn berries, flowers, leaves and thorns, grain alcohol, Antares starlight essence, water, amethyst, sardonyx.

30ml glass bottle with graduated dropper.

Hawthorn is one of my personal favorite plants. I received a powerful initiation in Hawthorn medicine in 2019 on a priestess pilgrimage to Avalon. There, I was introduced to the Holy Thorn: one of the sacred varieties of Hawthorn. During the pilgrimage, Hawthorn gave me powerful lessons around protection, boundaries and heart healing. When I returned to Portland, I saw hawthorn everywhere! I began to work with them and study their medicine.

This hawthorn tincture was made with Alchemical preparation and correspondence. The plant material came from trees where I have a strong relationship with the land, and where I regularly make offerings to the trees and nature spirits. All harvesting and preparation took place only on certain days and hours in accordance with the planetary rulership of Hawthorn. Everything in this medicine was created intentionally for the purpose of healing.
